Gurley GAVE & the Gurley Lions Club are hosting a community clean up day! Join us Saturday, May 23rd, 2026 from 9:00am-12:00pm to clean up the streets and alleys on the east side of town (trash and vegetation clean up). We'll meet in the Outlaws cafe parking lot (corner of 5th Street & Hwy 385).
Other Information: **There is more in the works! Keep an eye out for updates!
*Bring your own gloves, rakes, shovels, etc.
*Trash Bags will be provided, thanks to the Gurley Lions Club!
*Scrap Metal Pick Up will be available. Please contact Gurley GAVE if you have items you'd like picked up.
*Scrapper will pick up appliances (except those containing freon), aluminum (only) wheels & tires, cars (payment for vehicles not available), bbq grills, and just about any other metal items.

Gurley GAVE will have a booth at the Gurley Community Hall with many other vendors with Panhandle Frontier Finds! If you have items you'd like to sell we are willing to do it for you, all we ask is that you make a monetary donation to our organization. There will be so many vendors on this route!
